CMC Motorsports® is committed to excellent customer service. We would like every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If you wish to return any product purchased on our website, follow our simple 3-step return process. Merchandise must be send back for return or exchange in saleable condition within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return by Mail
To return merchandise purchased on cmcmotorsports.com, please the follow our 3-step procedure:
1) LOCATE YOUR ORDER
Visit cmcmotorsports.com to "start your return" located in the footer menu. Enter your email and order number to find the purchase your wish to return.
2) START A RETURN
Once you’ve located your order, select “Start a Return” and follow the instructions
3) AFFIX RETURN LABEL AND SHIP
Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation number from us. You can use the carrier of your choice to ship the item(s) back to us. Affix a return label to the package. Be sure to remove or cover the original shipping label.
Postage is the responsibility of the customer. The exception to this would be if the determination is made that CMC Motorsports® is responsible. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. Additional delay may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).
Shipment of Returns
We recommend shipping insurance, delivery confirmation and tracking be used to ship your return. Retain your receipt, this can be used to track your return should the package be lost or damaged. We cannot assume liability for returned merchandise that never reaches our warehouse, is lost or damaged. With the exception of faulty merchandise, all items must be returned in their original and saleable condition. All packaging and labeling must be included. Our mailing address is as follows:

Please Note: Due to Inventory restrictions we do not accept returns from Amazon or Ebay through our website. Merchandise should be returned through the channel it was purchased from.
CMC Motorsports® is not responsible for custom fees, taxes or duties charged for international shipments. It is the responsibility of the customer.
After your return reached our warehouse, it will be processed and inspected in conjunction with the return code specified. Once the return is approved you will be sent a confirmation email and a refund in your original method of payment will be processed. This can take up to 10 business days to be reflected on your statement or account.
Please note: If for any reason you have not received your refund please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department at
If merchandise shipped to you does not match your original order or arrives damaged, we will pay for return shipping through UPS. If the damage to the item was found to be caused by the customer, no refund for ( item(s), delivery charge or return postage) will be made. CMC Motorsports® will not accept liability nor take responsibility for any bank or custom charges incurred from the time of ordering to when we have refunded your return item(s).

We do not have an exchange policy at this time so once w receive your item back in our warehouse we will issue a refund to the value of the item returned.
