Incorrect item. Seller blamed me, then Puma.
"I received a similar polo, which had buttons rather than a zipper. I reached out to the seller who told me 1) they didn’t have this item in their inventory, then 2) that I actually received the item that I ordered, and finally 3) Puma sent the wrong item to them and that the price would be the same for either shirt. Ultimately, customer service did nothing to attempt to make this a better experience for me, only giving me the option to return. They never took any accountability. I spend a lot of money on this site. I will no longer be shopping here. This is my second issue with this seller."
