Shipping policy

CMC Motorsports® ships worldwide. All orders ship from our warehouse in West Long Branch, NJ, USA.

Standard Ground shipping is FREE on U.S. orders of $100 or more. Shipping automatically calculates as free at checkout when your cart value is $100 or more and you ship to a U.S. destination.

USA

  • Standard Ground, orders under $100: $8.99
  • Standard Ground, orders of $100 or more: FREE (U.S. only)
  • USPS Priority: $13.99
  • FedEx 2nd Day: $24.99
  • FedEx Overnight: $34.99

International (FedEx International Connect Plus)

  • Canada and Mexico: $39.99 USD plus taxes and duties
  • Rest of the World: $49.99 USD plus taxes and duties

If FedEx can't service a destination address, we ship with an alternative carrier (DHL or USPS) instead.

Only express shipping carries a guaranteed delivery date. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. Carriers can experience delays during holiday periods, and CMC Motorsports® is not responsible for carrier-related delays.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

We process orders within 24 hours during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM ET. Orders placed before 12 PM ET ship the same day.

Estimated transit times within the continental U.S.:

  • Standard Ground: 3–7 business days (not guaranteed)
  • USPS Priority: 2–3 business days (not guaranteed)
  • FedEx 2nd Day: 2 business days to most areas
  • FedEx Overnight: next business day (guaranteed)

PRE-ORDERS

If you have pre-ordered an item, the ETA date is displayed on the product page. Your order will be shipped from us on that date.

If your order also includes an in-stock item, the order will not ship until all items are received. If this is an issue, we suggest you make a separate order for immediate shipment.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES/CUSTOMS

For most countries, international duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout, so there are no surprises at delivery. Charges for duties and customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable. CMC Motorsports® has no control over these charges; please contact your local customs office for further information.

Where duties are not prepaid at checkout and are not paid in a timely manner, the package may be destroyed at the destination and no refund will be issued. The costs of returning international shipments to our warehouse due to unpaid customs charges are not the responsibility of CMC Motorsports®. International orders refused by the buyer incur additional freight and import charges to return to us, which are deducted from the refund.
