How to measure
- Chest / Bust: around the fullest part, tape horizontal and snug (not tight), about 1″ below the underarms.
- Waist: around the narrowest part of your natural waistline, roughly at the belly button.
- Hip: around the fullest part of your seat, feet together.
- Flat width (garment charts): lay a shirt you own flat and measure seam-to-seam across the chest — double it for the circumference.
- Use a soft fabric tape. Measure over the underwear you'd normally wear with the garment.
Fitting advice
Between two sizes? Order the smaller for a tighter, athletic fit or the larger for a relaxed fit.
If your chest and waist point to different sizes, go with your chest measurement for tops.
Watch the fit note at the top — some European race brands (Castore, Macron, Kappa, Porsche) run slim, so many US shoppers size up.
